GCSE students can pick up a foodie freebie today to help celebrate those all important results.
In recent years, popular food chains have given both GCSE and A-level students a host of impressive freebies in August to mark their results days from free food and drinks to handy discounts.
This year, however, has seen those offers nearly disappear as eateries struggle with the financial impact of Covid-19.

In past years, Frankie & Benny’s gave students free desserts, drinks and discount burgers for their hard work.
This year, the chain is offering a free starter for any GCSE student celebrating or commiserating their results this year.
You have to show your exam results to get the deal, although it’s unclear if there’s a minimum spend and if the deal is available in all of the chain’s restaurants.
You have to purchase a main and dine in to get this offer.
But it can be used alongside the usual 20% student discount getting you even more value for your money.
It’s valid today and tomorrow, August 21. All you need to do is show your exam results to redeem the offer.
There’s nothing better than celebrating your success with family.
For those planning on heading out for a meal to mark their GCSE results this offer is for you.
