Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway has shown off her glowing complexion in a set of new portraits to celebrate her 47th birthday.

Three images were shared on the royal family’s social media accounts, with the first showing the princess leaning against a tree, the second capturing her playing with her two adorable dogs, and the third a candid holiday snap of Mette-Marit with her husband.
The Norwegian Palace shared the images on their Instagram page, with the caption: ‘Congratulations, Crown Princess Mette-Marit! Today, the Crown Princess turns 47- years-old.’
For her birthday portrait look, Mette-Marit opted for a half-up half-down hairdo and added a touch of glamorous makeup to her look.
The third intimate photograph of Mette-Marit and her husband showed the couple enjoying a trip on an island in Svellingsflaket west of Risvær, last week.
Looking effortlessly stylish, the princess sported an all-red ensemble, while Haakon appeared low-key in a baseball cap and green shorts.
