The massive leakage of the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus means there is very little left to learn.

Remember this big leak on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra? For the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus, a similar leak has occurred and almost every information you would like to know about the new phone has been shared.

Sources talking to the German tech site WinFuture given the information below and there are also some more photos of the handsets that we’ve included a glimpse of.

Any of the information given here has already been leaked by other outlets before, but this only further helps to solidify the information as reliable. The leak also indicates that Samsung will unveil its latest phone series on January 14, but Samsung has yet to confirm this.

As anticipated, you will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset powering the phone if you buy the Galaxy S21 or Galaxy S21 Plusnin in the US, and the Exynos 2100 will do the job in other locations around the globe.

Both handsets have 8GB of RAM on board, but you’ll have the option of 128GB or 256GB of storage. This is a bit of a surprise here, but this leak also indicates microSD support won’t come with the handset.

By design, Android 11 is on the phone – but it’s in the form of the company’s own One UI 3.1 software – and each handset will have a flat display so that the edges will not have curves.

The camera technology will also be the same on both models, and a 12MP f/1.8 shooter will be the main sensor on each device. Each will also have a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera with a field of view of 120 degrees and a 64MP telephoto shooter with 3x hybrid optical zoom will be available.

A 10MP selfie shooter will appear on the front of each screen. Each handset will come ready for 5G networking, and there’s yet to be any indication of a 4G version of either smartphone so we’re expecting these to be the default connectivity choices.

Basic specs of the Samsung Galaxy S21

If this leak is right, the Samsung Galaxy S21 will carry a 6.2-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole camera in the middle of the display.

It will have a 4,000mAh battery within the phone, and green, white, pink or purple will be your color choices. The handset size is estimated to be 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9 mm with a weight of 171 grams.

The handset will start at EUR 849 in Europe (around $ 1,50, £ 780, AU$ 1,370) with 256 GB beginning at EUR 899 (around $ 1,100, £ 825, AU$ 1,450). That is about €50 cheaper than the cost of the Samsung Galaxy S20 4G model, so it seems that the price for the regular handset could be falling compared to the phone of 2020.

And what’s with the S21 Plus?

You’ll get a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a punch-hole selfie camera and a 120Hz refresh rate if you want the larger phone. To power the larger screen, the battery is set to be larger too, and it will be a 4,800mAh cell. The phone would have dimensions of 161.4 x 75.6 x 7.8mm and weigh 202 grams based on this leak.

It will come in silver, black and purple as well, but depending on where you live, those colors can vary. The Galaxy S21 Plus starts at €1,049 (about $1,300, £950, AU$1,700) and costs €1,099 (about $1,350, £1,000, AU$1,800) for 256 GB.

We have yet to hear reliable pricing data for the US, UK or Australia, but in the coming weeks we expect to hear more about that from sources.

All of this is leaked data, so take it all with a huge pinch of salt, but a lot of what we’ve heard here matches what we’ve seen before, and it seems to have a good chance of being precise.

We’d expect to hear more sooner rather than later, with several reports saying January 14 is the major unveiling, so keep your eyes open for Samsung Galaxy S21 leaks and the official announcement.
