The last app lacking from your Sky Q box’s menu could finally be added.

The last app lacking from your Sky Q box’s menu could finally be added.

Is SKY Q about to fill the greatest hole in its streaming app library? According to a recent rumor, this is exactly what will happen.

Sky Q offers a diverse range of apps, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, BBC iPlayer, and Disney+, among others. Sky has just updated its set-top box to include less traditional applications such as at-home fitness streaming services such as Fiit and Peloton, making Sky Q even more of a one-stop-shop for everything you want to watch on your TV. However, there is one notable service that is still unavailable.

There’s never been a better time to get a new television. For £25 a month, you can have access to Sky Q’s largest channels, including Sky Atlantic, MTV, and Sky Sports News, as well as a Netflix membership. Given that Netflix alone will set you back £10 a month, this offer on the complete Sky Q package is quite appealing. There are also some fantastic offers to add Sky Sports and Sky Cinema to your subscription!

One of the newest streaming services on the market is Apple TV+. It features award-winning films including Boys State, Tom Hanks thriller Greyhound, Billie Eilish documentary The World’s A Little Blurry, and Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest, and The Morning Show, as well as shows like Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest, and The Morning Show. Not only that, but Apple’s streaming software gives you access to all of your prior iTunes purchases and rentals.

This allows customers with iTunes libraries full of movies and episodes to watch them for the first time on other platforms, such as Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, and other popular platforms. Previously, only Apple-built gadgets, such as an iPhone or an Apple TV streaming box, were available for purchase.

The Apple TV+ app may soon be available on Sky Q as well.

According to a fresh rumor on Reddit, this is the case. Sky is already advising employees inside the company about the Apple-branded streaming alternative coming to its set-top boxes, according to the tipster, MrKatUK, who claims to be a current Sky employee.

“The Apple TV app will be available on Sky Q soon.” Source: I’m employed by Sky. Last week, it was in one of our training videos,” the Reddit member wrote on the Apple TV forum.
