Sony had planned a refresh later this week for the PlayStation Store vacation sale, but the slate of price cuts for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 seem to have only arrived two days ago.
The January sale has been linked to a new set of offers, offering more discounts to those who managed to get their hands on the newest console of the Japanese giant as well as the old one.
These deals are now valid both in Europe and the US and will run until 20 January 2021 at midnight.
Also, until that date, the initial discount offer will remain in place.
For PS5 owners, the refresh has unfortunately turned out to be very meager.
The base version of Mortal Kombat 11 is just £ 15.99/$ 14.99, although it is possible to pick up the Ultimate Variant of the same game for £ 34.99/$ 41.99.
Then, for £ 24.99/$ 24.99, there is WRC 9.
And that’s the lot of you!
However, PS4 games were treated much better. 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, which we believe is the best story of 2020 for PS5 and PS4, was reduced to £ 33.49/$ 29.99 again.
As with the latest remaster of Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, the fantastic A Plague Tale: Innocence is also on sale for £ 13.49/$ 14.99.
It is possible to buy this game for £20.99/$23.99. You can get Mortal Shell for £ 17.49/$ 22.49, Rain Danger 2 for £ 7.99/$ 9.99, and Yakuza: Kiwami 2 for £ 9.59/$ 12.99.
This isn’t the best selling refresh we’ve seen, to be totally honest.
As always, you can check out all of the latest PS Price offers before they are added to the PlayStation Store Sale list. Did any of these recent discounts for PS5 and PS4 catch your fancy? In the remarks below, share your digital loot.
