Oh boy, you’re probably not going to like this one. In a new interview with GQ, it’s been confirmed that Days Gone is making the jump to PC.
Sony has shown interest in bringing some of its exclusive titles to the PC market, and it did so last year with Horizon Zero Dawn.
Apparently, Deacon St. John’s post-apocalyptic adventure is next on the docket.
What’s perhaps more interesting is how it’s confirmed.
The language used suggests Days Gone will be far from the last PlayStation-exclusive game to be ported to PC: “What about PlayStation games on PC? A whole slate of them is on the way starting with Days Gone this spring,” reads GQ’s piece.
A “whole slate” of PlayStation games, you say?
This shouldn’t come as too big of a surprise; as we said, Sony has expressed interest in broadening its audience recently, and it’s putting that into practice. Presumably, Horizon has been doing well enough on Steam to make it a worthwhile venture for other titles.
Well, there it is. What do you think of this? Are you excited to play Days Gone (and other PlayStation games) on PC? Tell us (nicely) in the comments section below.
