What time does Conor McGregor versus Dustin Poirier 3 take place at UFC 264 tonight?

At UFC 264 tonight, Conor McGregor takes on Dustin Poirier, with The Notorious trying to avenge his loss earlier this year. What time does the bout between McGregor and Poirier take place tonight? For the UFC bout in Las Vegas, Express Sport has all the details you’ll need.

Conor McGregor will compete in the Octagon for the third time this weekend, as he faces off against Dustin Poirier. Both combatants have won one of their prior fights against each other, with Saturday’s bout attempting to complete a remarkable trilogy.

In January of this year, McGregor stepped out of retirement for the third time to meet Poirier at Fight Island.

The Notorious dominated the first round, but faltered in the second.

Poirier, dubbed “The Diamond,” landed a flurry of jabs two and a half minutes into the round to secure a knockout victory.

McGregor had hoped that a victory against Poirier would lead to a world title fight, but his loss has dropped him down the UFC rankings.

The two first met in the Octagon in 2014, with McGregor emerging victorious.

After hitting a strong left-hand blow on the American, he won the bout in under two minutes.

Poirier, on the other hand, has come back considerably stronger after that defeat, winning 11 of his following 14 fights.

Meanwhile, McGregor has won three of his last six fights.

The competition will begin at 1 a.m. UK time on Sunday morning (July 11).

At roughly 5 a.m., McGregor and Poirier are anticipated to arrive.

BT Sport Box Office will be the exclusive broadcaster of the fight.

The pay-per-view event will cost £19.95 and include eight fights in total.

Poirier is going into the battle with a lot of confidence, and he’s betting on himself to win back-to-back fights against McGregor.

He told ESPN, “I made the decision quite easily: if I’m the greatest in the world, I’m going to defeat Conor and fight for the championship; it’s like double down on yourself.”

Gilbert Burns will face Stephen Thompson on the undercard, while Tai Tuivasa will meet former NFL great Greg Hardy.

In a women’s bantamweight fight, Irene Aldana takes on Yana Kunitskaya, while Sean O’Malley takes on Kris Moutinho.
