According to F4Wonline.com, Saturday’s new edition of AEW Dynamite received 649,000 viewers on TNT, with Kenny Omega defending the AEW World Title against Jungle Boy in the main event. This represents an increase of 17.6 percent over last week’s Friday Night Dynamite program, which attracted 552,000 viewers.
Saturday night’s Dynamite program averaged a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This is a 5% increase over last week’s 0.20 rating.
Saturday Night Dynamite received the highest viewership for AEW since the May 19 program, when they were back in their regular Wednesday night timeslot. Viewership increased 17.6 percent over the previous week, while the key demographic rating increased by 5%.
This was the first time Dynamite aired on a Saturday night since the NBA Playoffs drove the show out of its regular Wednesday schedule, although it was in a far better time slot than the previous four weeks, running at 8pm ET rather than 10pm on a Friday night. This week, AEW will resume its regular Wednesday time slot.
