Real Madrid is keeping a close eye on Kylian Mbappe’s transfer ambitions from PSG.

Kylian Mbappe’s future at PSG is still up in the air.

Kylian Mbappe, the PSG sensation, has spoken out about his failed attempt to leave the club over the summer. Towards the end of the transfer window, the France forward was heavily connected with a big-money move to Real Madrid, but nothing came of it.

Mbappe has disclosed that he informed PSG of his desire to leave the French capital this summer.

With his contract at PSG scheduled to expire at the end of the season, the 22-year-admission old’s comes only two months before he can begin discussing a pre-contract with overseas clubs.

Mbappe has had a mixed start to the season, scoring four goals in nine Ligue 1 appearances and adding two assists in the Champions League.

The three, which includes Neymar and newcomer Lionel Messi, is one of the best attacking combinations in the world.

They might not have been able to play together if Mbappe had been granted his initial wish to depart the Parc des Princes in July.

“I asked to leave in July because, from the moment I decided not to extend my contract, I wanted the club to receive a transfer price so that they could bring in a quality replacement,” he told RMC Sport.

“This club has given me a lot, and I’ve always been pleased here for the past four years.

“I stated it early enough for the club to respond. I respected that I wanted everyone to come out of this stronger, that we depart hand in hand, and that we make a fair deal.

“I said if you don’t want me to leave, I’ll stay,” she said.

Mbappe has debunked rumors that he has turned down seven contract offers from PSG.

However, he did not appear to indicate that he was any closer to extending his contract with the club that reportedly paid £154 million for him in 2018.

According to sources, Real Madrid led the drive for Mbappe’s signature at the conclusion of last summer, but had multiple bids turned down.

On the day before the deadline, it was reported that Los Blancos had made a £171 million proposal for the player, who is out of contract in less than a year.

PSG, on the other hand, turned down the offer, presumably because they believe he will agree to new terms before his contract expires. “Brinkwire News Summary.”
