Rangers team news as Steven Gerrard’s side face Motherwell in Scottish Premiership

Steven Gerrard has named his Rangers team to take on Motherwell this afternoon.

The match comes too early for Ryan Jack who continues his comeback after two months out with a troublesome knee injury.

Kemar Roofe (quad) is also missing but he could return for next week’s Ibrox match with Ross County.

George Edmundson (hernia) has undergone an operation which will keep him out for a month while Scott Arfield (ankle) and long-term knee-injury victim Nikola Katic remain out.
