RANGERS

ALLAN MCGREGOR 9

Man of the match display from the goalkeeper. Really important saves throughout the game to keep his side in it.

JAMES TAVERNIER 6

The full-back didn’t get forward as much as he would have liked. A polished defensive display though.

CONNOR GOLDSON 6

Not his best performance this season but impressive, nonetheless.

FILIP HELANDER 6

Looked a bit shaky on the artificial surface and will be disappointed to lose his cleansheet.

BORNA BARISIC 6

Defended well and got forward brilliantly for the winner. Great delivery.

GLEN KAMARA 6

Showed plenty energy in midfield but wasn’t as influential as usual.

BONGANI ZUNGU 5

Pretty quiet afternoon in the middle of the park. Struggled to make an impact on proceedings.

JOE ARIBO 6

Showed some lovely touches in midfield. Final ball could be better at times though.

IANIS HAGI 5

Failed to build on his goal during the week. A quiet day for the attacker, didn’t make an impact.

RYAN KENT 7

Looked impressive throughout and caused Accies problems when in possession. Missed a couple of chances though.

CEDRIC ITTEN 5

Linked up play well in the final third but had very few chances in front of goal.

SUBS

RYAN JACK (FOR ZUNGU, 60) 4

Provided Rangers with composure from the bench. Impressed when he was introduced.

KEMAR ROOFE (FOR ITTEN, 66) 3

Never had a sniff of goal after being brought on in the second half.

SCOTT WRIGHT (FOR HAGI, 78) 3

On to make his Gers debut late on.

STEVEN DAVIS (FOR KAMARA, 78) 4

Defence splitting pass for the opener. Brilliant.
