STEVEN GERRARD has challenged his creative talents to produce the goods to see off Hamilton and move his side another step closer to the Premiership title this term.
Rangers make the trip to Lanarkshire on Sunday knowing that victory over Accies will put them just five wins away from landing their first top flight crown in a decade.
Brian Rice saw his side ship eight goals at Ibrox in November but Rangers only scored twice in the first meeting between the teams at the end of August.
Hamilton are four points adrift at the foot of the table but Gerrard will take nothing for granted as he prepares for another hugely significant Premiership clash.
Gerrard said: “I can’t predict with full confidence what Brian is going to do in terms of his game plan and how he is going to approach the game.
“One thing I will say about Brian and his teams is that they usually come and have a go, he usually goes with two up front and they come and play with energy and try and cause you as many problems as they can.

“We have never really faced a Hamilton team where it has been a complete block for the full game, that is for sure.
“At times, with the way we play, we are going to be faced with men behind the ball and there is a lot of responsibility on the boys in terms of the attacking places in the team to go and be creative, be inventive and try and be the difference over the 90 minutes.
“Having said that, you can win a game in many different ways and there are different ways to go about that. It could be a set piece, it could be a direct play and there are different ways to cause teams problems.
“That has been my full focus, not necessarily what Hamilton are going to do. It is how we are going to go and take the game to Hamilton and try and be creative as we can.”
