Four more accusers have accused former NFL player and ESPN analyst Marcellus Wiley of sexual assault.
The lawsuit, which started in 2023 when three women accused Wiley of rape while he was a student at Columbia University, was expanded by the accusations, which were submitted this month in New York.
A former ESPN production assistant is one of the latest accusers, claiming that Wiley enticed her into a hotel room in 2009 by pretending it was a business meeting.
The former employee claims in a vivid written statement that Wiley physically overpowered her after emerging from a restroom nude, leaving her “petrified.”
“He pushed me up against the room’s windows so hard I thought they would shatter,” the woman testified in court. I was begging him to stop and let me go because I was terrified and thought I was going to be killed. He wouldn’t. I was terrified for my life as he forced me face down on the bed and held me there, pressing my face into the mattress till I had trouble breathing.
Marcellus Wiley, a former NFL player and ESPN analyst, is being accused of sexual assault again.
Wiley is seen with Annemarie, a former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her spouse.
Wiley masturbated over me while holding me down till he ejaculated. He didn’t let me leave the room until after that. “This assault was devastating to me, and I live with the effects to this day.” The former ESPN employee commented, “I will never really get out of that room.”
In the lawsuit, one of the most recent accusers alleges that Wiley “groomed” her starting at age 13 before raping her on her eighteenth birthday.
The unidentified person claimed that after Wiley visited her middle school in Buffalo, New York, she was only 13 years old.
Wiley, a Buffalo Bills player at the time, allegedly “showered her family with free tickets and invitations to his Orchard Park home,” according to the lady.
According to the woman, Wiley “shouted at her in a frightening manner and coerced her into sex” after flying her to Dallas on her eighteenth birthday.
“After grooming me since I was 13, Marcellus Wiley raped me on my 18th birthday,” the claimed victim wrote in her court testimony.
The court has also received testimonies from two more accusers who claim assaults occurred in the late 1990s, including a rape at a USC hotel and an attack in Culver City.

The lawsuit, which started in 2023 when three women accused Wiley of rape while he was a student at Columbia University, has been expanded by the accusations, which were submitted this month in New York.
Wiley is wed to 41-year-old Annemarie Wiley, a former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, and the two have three kids together. In addition, he has a daughter from a past relationship.
In a lawsuit filed in November 2023, he was initially charged with rape. The woman, who is currently a sociologist and professor at an Ivy League, said that when Wiley attacked her in 1994, he stole her virginity.
Wiley has continuously and angrily refuted all accusations; in the past, he used his YouTube channel to call the initial 2023 charges “BS” and fabrications.
The former lineman said that he was “interested” in the purported victim and that, after reportedly being asked back to her room, he spent the night with her.
“I won’t be your first if you’re a virgin because I don’t view it with the same respect, esteem, and honour that you should.” In the video, Wiley said, “We did mess around, but no vaginal intercourse.”
In the meantime, Wiley reportedly coerced a lady into having sex after she consented to return to his dorm room on October 27, 1994, according to the allegations that surfaced in a March lawsuit.
The lawsuit claims that after she “repeatedly” refused Wiley, he told her she was “too upright and needed to relax” before forcing himself on her.
Wiley ‘swung [her] legs on the bed, surged at her and overpowered [her],’ according to the court documents.

In the court document, the woman stated that he reportedly held her down during the assault and told her to “relax, enjoy it, stop crying, and stop fighting the feeling.”
The claimed victim, a Barnard student, says she reported the event to a Columbia University supervisor, who advised her against filing a criminal complaint.
They allegedly informed her she “would be known as the girl who destroyed a black man’s NFL dream,” according to the lawsuit.
The second unidentified accuser, who now resides in California, then alleges in the same lawsuit that Wiley allegedly attacked her in his dorm room. Unspecified damages are being sought by both alleged victims.
During his NFL career, Wiley was a member of the Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, and Jacksonville Jaguars. In 2001, he was chosen for the Pro Bowl.
Since then, he has developed a career as a TV analyst, making appearances on Fox Sports, ESPN, and his own podcast.
