Mercedes mocks Ferrari before of England’s Euro 2020 final appearance.
In the Euro 2020 final, England will face Italy.
In the country’s largest football match since 1966, England takes on Italy in the Euro 2020 final. However, in order to avoid missing out on the fun, Formula One team Mercedes has thrown a sly dig at Ferrari’s Italian competitors.
Mercedes-Benz used Twitter to mock their Italian rivals Ferrari ahead of England’s Euro 2020 final vs Italy.
Despite their German roots, the Brackley-based squad has strong ties to England.
And they took to social media to show them off, producing a video that is likely to make their fierce F1 rivals Ferrari smile or frown.
Two England emblems were stuck to a car in Ferrari’s famed red in a video released to their 3.2 million Twitter followers.
To make matters worse, “It’s coming home” was inscribed on the Three Lions emblems.
A shushing and tongue-out-winking emoji was added to the end of the witty tweet.
In a switch back to a five-back formation, Southgate has picked a more defensive team for Sunday’s final at Wembley, welcome back Kieran Trippier in place of Bukayo Saka.
Rio Ferdinand, a BBC pundit, disagreed with England icon Gary Lineker about the outcome of the final.
“I sense a tense, possibly long evening is ahead,” the host remarked.
Ferdinand, on the other hand, stated that he was very optimistic about England’s chances, adding that Southgate’s team had put him at rest with their performances this summer.
Ferdinand stated, “I can’t disagree with you any longer.” “I’m completely at ease. That’s how these men have managed to make me feel.
“It was the most restful night’s sleep I’ve had in nearly two years. That’s how self-assured and at ease I am, but I believe it’s a credit to them.
“I believe these people realize they have a chance to make history. For them, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The most essential thing is to win, but please, please, please enjoy yourself.
“These young men have the opportunity to make history in this country and in this tournament.”
