Meet Novak Djokovic’s wife, Jelena Djokovic, a Wimbledon finalist.

Today, NOVAK DJOKOVIC will face Matteo Berrettini in the Men’s Singles Finals, but who will be rooting for him? Meet Jelena Djokovic, his wife.

The world No. 1 Novak Djokovic has had a fantastic run at Wimbledon this year. Since 2016, the Serbian hasn’t lost a singles match at Wimbledon. He will now face Matteo Berrettini on Centre Court at 2 p.m. this afternoon. But who will be rooting for the Serbian tennis prodigy?

Novak Djokovic has had a fantastic year and is attempting to capture his sixth Wimbledon championship.

Djokovic won the French Open and is attempting to win the Men’s Wimbledon Singles championship this afternoon as part of his quest to win all four grand slams and the Olympics in the same year.

Djokovic has been accompanied by his wife, Jelena Djokovic, for the most of his career.

These high school sweethearts have been together for nearly 16 years and have been married for seven years.

In high school, Djokovic met his future wife, Jelena Ristic.

They met and started dating in 2005, when they were both students at the same high school.

In September 2013, the couple confirmed their engagement.

The following year, when the couple was expecting their first child, they married.

Stefan was born in October 2014, and three years later, the couple welcomed another child, Tara.

Jelena is the director of the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which they founded.

The foundation is working to enhance Serbia’s educational system in order to give better education to Serbian schoolchildren.

The couple appears to have had its ups and downs, as Jelena told Hello Magazine about their early courtship: “Us getting together was almost like science fiction.”

“I was a poor student barely scraping by, and he was a very young tennis player with no money to spend on lavish trips,” she continued.

“At the time, airplanes were completely out of our reach.”

The couple’s long-distance relationship struggled as Djokovic traveled around a lot in his early career trying to get into the big leagues.

“At a certain time, Novak said to me, ‘Darling, we cannot carry on like this,’” Jelena, who worked at an energy business, told Hello.

“I was nearly always confined to the office,” she continued.

“Our relationship would not have been able to survive.” Brinkwire Summary News
