Former Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany is still on the hunt for his first win as Anderlecht boss after three games as player-manager.
On Friday night Kompany played the full 90 minutes as his side drew 0-0 at home to Mechelen, meaning they have picked up just two points this season.
Anderlecht started their campaign with a 2-1 defeat to Oostende before back to back goalless draws against Royal Excel Mouscron and Mechelen.
Kompany returned to his former club this summer after bringing his time at City to an end by winning the Premier League last season.
City started their campaign by winning the Community Shield on penalties with victory over Liverpool and face West Ham at the London Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.
Pep Guardiola’s side have added right-back Joao Cancelo and midfielder Rodri to their ranks this summer as they bid to retain the Premier League title.
