Man Utd and Man City are among the 2022 suitors for Erling Haaland, who is leaving his options open.

Erling Haaland would be welcomed by all of Europe’s top teams.

This summer, a number of Europe’s top clubs have been connected with Borussia Dortmund attacker Erling Haaland, but no deal has yet materialized. For the time being, it appears that Haaland will remain in Germany.

Paris Saint-Germain are apparently preparing a last-minute offer to bring the Norway striker to the Princes des Parc before the transfer deadline of Tuesday at 11 p.m.

The Ligue 1 club was reportedly interested in signing Haaland to replace Kylian Mbappe, who is expected to leave for Real Madrid.

Those allegations, according to The Athletic, have been proven false, and Haaland will continue to ‘keep his options open’ until 2022.

This summer, Haaland has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Chelsea and Manchester United reportedly interested.

The Blues finally smashed their transfer record earlier this month when they signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan for £97.5 million.

The Red Devils will also welcome Cristiano Ronaldo back to the club later this week after reaching an agreement with Juventus to sign the global superstar.

As a result, Haaland is expected to stay at Dortmund and will most likely receive his big move away next summer.

The 21-year-deal old’s includes a £64 million release clause, allowing him to depart Dortmund next year.

With Haaland’s value far beyond that, Europe’s top teams will be circling to sign a player widely regarded as the best striker in the world.

On Friday night, Haaland was the hero for Dortmund as they upset Hoffenheim 3-2 in a Bundesliga thriller.

Dortmund took the lead twice in the game, but Mu’nas Dabbur equalized for the visitors in the 90th minute on both occasions.

But, like all world-class players do when their backs are against the wall, Haaland replied by scoring the game-winning goal in stoppage time to secure the three points.

After arriving from RB Salzburg in January 2020, the forward has already scored 63 goals in 64 outings for the German giants.

Last season, he scored 10 Champions League goals in only eight games, but he was held scoreless in both legs against Manchester City as Dortmund crashed out of the competition in the quarter-finals.

This summer, Man City chose to pursue Harry Kane. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
