Coutinho joined Liverpool halfway through the 2012/2013 season.

And he was a huge hit during his time at Anfield, establishing himself as one of the best players in world football.

Coutinho was particularly brilliant in the 2016/2017 campaign, scoring 13 goals and clocking up seven assists from 31 Premier League matches.

And, when Barcelona came calling in January 2018, everybody expected him to be a substantial Nou Camp hit.

Barcelona themselves believed Coutinho would be the ticket to Champions League glory, having seen Real Madrid dominate the competition.

However, his time in Catalonia hasn’t worked out.

And, now, a move back to Liverpool could be on the cards.

El Chiringuito TV have claimed Coutinho wants to return to Anfield, having failed during his time at Barcelona so far.

And it’s also stated the Reds themselves are interested in a deal, too.

Liverpool have missed a creative playmaker since Coutinho’s spell on Merseyside, failing to properly replace him.
