Brighton coach Graham Potter believes Percy Tau will add a new dimension to his squad – and could hand his long-awaited debut in Sunday’s FA Cup third round tie against Newport to the South African striker. In 2018, Tau joined the Seagulls but spent the last two and a half years on loan in Belgium, assisting Club Brugge last season to take the title.

This season, the 26-year-old continued to impress with Anderlecht, scoring four goals in 15 games.
