For eight weeks, a terrified lady sleeps inches apart from her neighbor’s ‘liquified’ corpse.

According to a woman who was kept in her apartment for weeks in lockdown next to her neighbor’s decomposing corpse, the stench of a dead body may make you quite nauseous.

A woman described how terrifying it was to be locked in her apartment next to her decomposing neighbor’s body when no one believed her when she complained about the stench.

Reagan Baylee, of Los Angeles, had problems sleeping during the lockdown in May 2020, and was woken by an odor she thought was “dead fish.”

“The smell was really starting to irritate me and this was going on for weeks,” she says in a TikTok video, “but my boss was unwilling to send anyone out or come out herself because of the pandemic.”

“I started thinking maybe my neighbor to the right of me had died or something had happened, and I was really frightened, but my manager told me she couldn’t just go about knocking on doors and harassing people.”

Reagan became increasingly ill as the weeks passed, and the building manager soon dispatched someone to investigate the odor complaint.

“He’d walked up the stairs, he couldn’t even make it up the stairs without throwing up,” she says.

“He tore off his mask and declared, ‘I’m going to retrieve the master key, someone is dead.’

“I started freaking out right away because I felt so validated after weeks and weeks of feeling insane and moaning and no one believing me.”

The apartment complex was soon swarmed by cops who were all interrogating Regan about her next-door neighbor.

Regan claims that as the cops opened the door, “thousands of bugs” flew out of the apartment, and the stench was unbearable.

“The cops began pulling off their masks, and several of them puked over the edge of the railing,” she continues.

“To make a long story short, they stated this was the worst deteriorated body they’d ever seen, and they’ve seen a lot of rotten bodies.”

“I’m not going to go into too much detail about it, especially because the person’s privacy is important to me, but let’s just say they were liquefied and were practically a skeleton at this point.”

“All of the symptoms my partner and I were having were simply due to the fumes and toxics that were coming from the body, as well as the natural gases that made me incredibly unwell for the majority of the confinement.”

I’d like everything. The news is summarized by Brinkwire.
