Conor McGregor accepts Michael Chandler’s fight in 2022 and congratulates his UFC rival on his performance against Justin Gaethje.

Michael Chandler has offered CONOR McGREGOR a fight in 2022, and he has accepted.

In addition, the Irishman congratulated his UFC opponent on his weekend performance against Justin Gaethje.

Both fighters were taken to the hospital following the fight, which Gaethje won by judges’ scores of 29-28, 29-28, 30-27.

Chandler, on the other hand, took to Twitter on Monday to post a photoshopped image of himself and McGregor sparring at a weigh-in.

“2022,” wrote the 35-year-old American.

After an hour, the Notorious responded in an unusually harmonious manner.

“I’m down at some point,” McGregor, 33, admitted.

“Congratulations on your great fight the other night, Mike!”

“Thank you, sir,” Chandler added.

It would be an honor for me to assist you.

“I’ll be in touch soon.”

McGregor has been out of the octagon since breaking his leg in a July fight with Dustin Poirier.

While rumors about his next UFC opponent swirl, the Dubliner is gearing up for a charity wheelchair boxing match against impressionist and friend Al Foran.

Former UFC world champion at two weights has lost three of his last four MMA fights, including both to Poirier this year.

With those wins, he now has a 22-6 overall record in the sport.

Chandler has a 22-7 record, with back-to-back losses in his last two appearances, similar to McGregor’s.
