According to reports, Chelsea is attempting to rush the signing of Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez. At Stamford Bridge, Marina Granovskaia is in charge of transfer business. And, having already signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan, the Blues are eager to add to their squad.
Chelsea has had a strong start to the current Premier League season under Thomas Tuchel, who is seeking to win the title this season.
In their first match, they were simply too powerful for Crystal Palace, winning 3-0 at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea then thrashed Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates, with goals from Romelu Lukaku and Reece James.
And, despite James being sent off for a handball on the line, they came away with a point against Liverpool on Saturday.
Chelsea has already established themselves as strong candidates for the Premier League title this season, a trophy they haven’t won since Antonio Conte took over.

Nonetheless, they are trying to sign Saul in order to improve their chances of winning the trophy.
And now, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea is in talks with Atletico Madrid to ‘force’ a deal.
“Manchester United had other possible signings in mind, but Kieran Trippier is not on the way, as the club has decided to keep Diogo Dalot after AC Milan, Sevilla, and Borussia Dortmund approaches this summer,” he wrote in his Benchwarmers column.
“Manchester United has had touch with Atletico Madrid about Saul, but no agreement has yet been reached: Chelsea is rushing this deal after a buy-option loan offer that has yet to be accepted.
“Discussions are ongoing.”
