Celtic sinner Boli Bolingoli has stepped up his fitness bid after going under the knife on loan at Istanbul Besaksahir.
The left-back has been out of action against PSG in the Champions League where he picked up a knee injury and was forced off. He was then pictured in a hospital bed following treatment on the injury.
It had been speculated that the Hoops may recall him from his loan in Turkey but, as yet, that has not happened. And the Belgian posted on social media a clip of himself in the gym as he attempts to return to fitness.
Defender Boli was farmed out on loan after breaking protocols and taking a secret trip to Spain without telling any personnel at Parkhead of his plans. He then played against Kilmarnock off the bench which was a serious risk to all players involved at Rugby Park.
Manager Neil Lennon at the time was livid and it is understood he has played his final game in a Celtic jersey. Basaksehir were given an option to buy the player, 25, when the loan deal went through in August, but it is not yet known if they will be willing to act on the clause.
