Celtic in first-team star injury blow as Neil Lennon confirms major doubt for Motherwell clash

Ryan Christie is a major doubt for tomorrow’s Premiership clash with Motherwell.

Celtic boss Neil Lennon confirmed the injury worry as the playmaker injured himself in training. The Hoops welcome the Steel Men to Parkhead tomorrow but are unlikely to have Christie in their match day squad.

Lennon said: “Ryan Christie is a big doubt. He rolled his ankle. We’re going to give him as long as we can but he’s a doubt for tomorrow.”

Christie has played 40 times this season, scoring 10 goals in all competitions.
