Before being married to Swedish model Sigrid Silversand, 31, F1 great David Coulthard, 55, staggers back to his hotel after a drunken stag party

After what was reportedly a 13-hour alcohol-fueled session, Formula One star David Coulthard had to be taken away from his bachelor party.

The 55-year-old, a pundit on the sport he played for 14 years, is getting ready for his second wedding to 31-year-old Swedish beauty Sigrid Silversand.

After two years of dating, he proposed in January 2025 while on a romantic vacation in Mauritius.

And probably the most significant part of the planning came when friends, including Chris Hughes, Amanda Holden’s husband, caught Scot Coulthard stumbling out of a pub at one in the morning in Puerto Banus, Spain.

The Sun claims that after checking into the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella, the eight-person stag party had a fun night out. Martin Brundle of Sky Sports was reportedly present on the second day.

According to reports, the group spent over £1,000 for a poolside bed and their own waiter while having lunch at the Ocean Club.

The 55-year-old didn’t mind posing for photos with fans before his July nuptials.

The 31-year-old Swedish model Sigrid Silversand will marry the 13-time Grand Prix winner.

Afterwards, they went to La Sala bar, where Brundle, 67, was one of the first to leave shortly after midnight.

After what appeared to be a rough night, Coulthard was assisted back to the hotel around an hour later.

According to reports, Chris, who wed Amanda in 2008, remarked to security personnel, “I’ll put him to bed.”

However, the 13-time Formula One race champion wasn’t afraid to take pictures with spectators throughout the event.

He and his friends are all in their 50s and 60s, but they partied like it was 1999, an onlooker told the Sun.

“David appeared to have had an incredible time.”

In July, Coulthard and Silversand will tie the knot in Scotland.

From 2013 until 2022, the former Williams, McLaren, and Red Bull driver was wed to Belgian Formula One correspondent Karen Minier.
