As Man City prepares to announce Jack Grealish, Harry Kane’s transfer is assessed at ‘80%’.
Manchester City might make two major signings before the summer transfer window closes.
Former Everton and West Ham player Don Hutchison believes Manchester City have an 80% chance of signing Harry Kane and Jack Grealish this summer. Grealish, the captain of Aston Villa, is close to joining City. The England international had a medical on Thursday ahead of his £100 million move to the Etihad Stadium.
City, on the other hand, is still interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur striker Kane.
After his post-Euro 2020 holiday, Kane is yet to return to Spurs.
After informed Spurs earlier this year that he wanted to go, the striker is keen on a move to City.
Hutchison believes that signing Grealish would not make a significant difference to City.
As a result, he believes both players have a good chance of signing.
“Oh, it’s got to be high, right?” “It’s got to be 80 percent,” Hutchison told ESPN FC.
“[Kane and Grealish] would make City unstoppable, in my opinion.]
“Does it really make a difference if they only get Jack Grealish? I don’t believe it does because of the No. 10s they have.

“They’re a fantastic team, but getting Harry Kane is a game-changer, isn’t it?
“You’d want to think they’d be heavy favorites to win the Premier League and advance to the Champions League.”
Hutchison previously stated that a rift between Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and Kane will lead to the player’s departure.
“What I see now, in my opinion, is that there’s every likelihood Harry Kane makes the move,” he stated.
“He’ll have a falling out with Daniel Levy, there’ll be an impasse, and they’re not going to like one other’s role in it.”
“I still believe he will transfer as long as Man City can come up with a price and they haven’t spent all that money on Jack Grealish.”
Former Norway striker Jan Aage Fjortoft believes Kane has a good chance of joining City.
“You can see why Manchester City wants him if you look at his record,” Fjortoft told ESPN FC.
