As he swipes at Mercedes wrecks, Max Verstappen hits Lewis Hamilton once more.
Because of Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton’s crashes, Max Verstappen took a shot at Mercedes.
After his race was spoiled yet again by Mercedes, Max Verstappen took a shot at the Silver Arrows. At the British Grand Prix two weeks ago, Lewis Hamilton collided with Max Verstappen, and Valtteri Bottas shoved Lando Norris into the Red Bull in Hungary.
Both events occurred on the first lap, allowing Hamilton to overtake a 33-point deficit in the Drivers’ Championship.
After his Silverstone incident, Verstappen was unable to continue, and Hamilton went on to win the race.
When Bottas drove into the back of Norris and shoved him into Verstappen in Hungary, the Dutchman was severely injured.
Red flags allowed Red Bull to repair Verstappen’s vehicle, but he could only finish eighth.
“You don’t want to be taken out by a Mercedes again,” Verstappen remarked.
“The entire side of my automobile was missing, and the floor was also destroyed. To be honest, driving was nearly impossible.
“I gave it my all and got one point, but it wasn’t enough.”
Bottas accepted full responsibility for the first-lap collision and expressed regret to those whose races were harmed.
“I think [getting the blame]is fair enough.” “I got off to a horrible start and lost steam,” the Finn explained.
“I underestimated the braking position and the wheels locked up. In the end, I was the one who hit Lando, which meant he cut people off in front of him.”
“It isn’t ideal for me, and it isn’t ideal for others. It’s not like I set out to do it.”
In the meantime, Esteban Ocon won his maiden Formula One Grand Prix.
Ocon said, “What a moment, it felt so lovely.” “We had some challenging moments this season, but we overcame them as a team.
“We returned to a beautiful place and won today!” What can I say, it’s incredible.
“Congratulations to Fernando as well; it would not have been possible without his bouts. That’s what collaboration looks like. It’s been a terrific day, in my opinion.”
