ARSENAL target Houssem Aouar reportedly ‘only wants’ Juventus this summer, in a transfer blow to the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta’s side are interested in the Lyon ace, and are even believed to be willing to offer cash-plus-Matteo Guendouzi to land his signature.
But according to Le10 Sport, Aouar has a ‘clear preference’ to sign for the Italian champions.
They also reveal that Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City have been monitoring the 22-year-old.
But despite possessing a plethora of options, his future would appear to lie in Turin.
In order to afford the deal, Juventus will have to be creative in the way it is structured.
And the report claims that they will offer a lucrative two-year loan deal with an obligation to buy at the end of it.
Aouar impressed against the Serie A champions recently, when he helped Lyon knock the Old Lady out of the Champions League in the Round of 16.
He then produced another stunning performance as he and his team-mates dumped Manchester City out at the quarter-final stage.
Despite Rudi Garcia’s side’s stunning run to the semi-finals, they will not take part in European competition next term after only coming seventh in Ligue 1.
And technical director Juninho has admitted that there “will be departures” from the Groupama Stadium.
He told RMC Sport: “The aim now is to continue working, immediately with Ligue 1.
“We will have to work. If we continue like this, we will be back in this competition.
“When you are well paid, you need motivation every day, we are going to concentrate on Ligue 1. There are the basics.
“There will be departures, but I am not worried.
“When you have players who play very well in a competition like this, like Moussa [Dembele] and Houssem [Aouar]…
“We will have to show the same spirit to be back in the Champions League next season.”
