After the Euro 2020 pain, Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho flew abroad together.

Before the new season, the soon-to-be teammates were sighted on vacation.

On their break between Euro 2020 and the start of pre-season, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho are going on vacation together. The pair have been on England duty for several weeks and are almost expected to reunite once Sancho’s move to Manchester United is finalized in the coming days.

Rashford, in particular, has had a busy season, having made over 60 appearances for both club and country.

Those competing in Euro 2020 now have a brief window of opportunity to rest before returning for another grueling season.

Sancho and Rashford appear to be spending that time together, strengthening their bond before returning to Old Trafford to compete for attacking minutes.

The couple appeared to be in excellent spirits as they boarded a private jet for their vacation.

After both missing penalties in the Euro 2020 final shootout against Italy, which saw Roberto Mancini’s team win the championship, Rashford and Sancho are off to recover mentally and physically.

Gareth Southgate preferred the likes of Bukayo Saka and Raheem Sterling on the flanks, thus they were both utilized sparingly throughout the tournament.

Despite this, they were brought off the bench in the last moments. After Rashford’s shot cannoned off the post, Sancho’s spot-kick was saved.

In the aftermath of the competition, the nation rallied around the duo, as well as the unfortunate Bukayo Saka, who missed the game-winning penalty after being subjected to online racial abuse.

The young attackers have had a difficult few weeks, notably Sancho, who had been finalizing his deal with United during the tournament.

On Tuesday, the 21-year-old finished his medical at Carrington, and an official announcement about his £72.6 million transfer is expected soon.

After leaving Manchester City as a youth product in 2017, he will return to the Premier League with this deal.

Sancho’s stock soared in Germany, where he scored 50 goals in 137 games for BVB, sparking anticipation for his return to England.

Rashford is slated to miss the preseason due to shoulder surgery scheduled for later this month.

When Sancho reports to training with his new teammates, he may be joined by Raphael Varane and Eduardo Camavinga, among others.
