On Instagram, Gede Foster, Fiit’s head of fitness, is a specialist personal trainer who has polished her figure and helps others reach their goals.

And her most recent fitness regimen is perfect for blowing off the cobwebs, feeling more energized, and getting some movement in before the day begins.

Plus, if you’re worried about working out first thing in the morning, don’t be. It’s a pretty moderate workout.

Gede’s “morning mobility” exercise is based on yoga methods and poses that increase blood flow while also relaxing the mind.

“Set yourself up for success with some mild morning movement,” Gede said on Instagram, alongside a photo and many demonstrations.
