A stem cell expert explains how people can live healthy, disease-free lives until they are 100 years old.
A STEM CELL scientist has shown how harnessing the body’s arsenal of stem cells might lead to individuals living active, healthy lives far into their 100s.
While embryonic (young) stem cells have received a lot of attention in recent years, adult stem cells have “enormous restorative potential,” according to Christian Drapeau. These cells can be injected, but they already exist in the body in millions.
Endogenous stem cell mobilisation, or triggering their release, helps the body rejuvenate and could add decades to some people’s lives, he claimed.
He said that if a fit and healthy individual ensures that they are always doing everything they can to support the release of their own stem cells through exercise, food, and mentality, they would “definitely experience a superior quality of life.”
“However, after the age of 30, we all undergo a major drop in the amount of circulating stem cells,” the scientist continued, “thus sooner or later, we can all benefit from encouraging the release of our own stem cells.”
The cells, which are a natural function of the bone marrow, can prevent significant health disorders from forming over time, allowing people to live active and healthy lives far into their 90s and even up to 100 years old, according to him.
“The objective of all of my work has been to research plants that serve as stem cell mobilisers,” stated the stem cell expert, who is also the CEO of stem cell supplement company Kalyagen.
“Those that cause or encourage the release of stem cells naturally, resulting in an increase in the amount of circulating stem cells.”
“We lose cells every day of our lives, and our cells are replaced every day of our lives – that is the natural purpose of stem cells in your body.”
“If you can release stem cells every day to assist your tissue repair and replenish itself, you’ll stay healthy.”
“As a result, many so-called age-related diseases can be avoided during the course of one’s life.”
“The societal implications of harnessing the power of our own stem cells in this way is enormous.”
“By just encouraging the release of our own stem cells on a daily basis, we provide ourselves the chance to maintain our quality of life.”
