Throughout her career, Emilia Clarke has spoken out about the “lack of care” she has experienced when filming nude sequences, which she claimed “could have been prevented.”

The 39-year-old actress told Variety in their Power of Women issue that she had felt less secure on other sets, but she thanked the Game of Thrones directors for allowing her to strip off in multiple sequences.

“I’ve experienced lack of care on other jobs which I think could have been prevented with some consideration,” she said to the publication. “I don’t want to specifically say [which roles].” There have simply been several times when I’ve thought, “This ain’t right.” Once more, it’s not because someone is abusing their position of authority; rather, it’s due to a lack of consideration and concern.

In other parts of the interview, Emilia talked about how she had experienced “survivor’s guilt” following two potentially fatal brain aneurysms while filming the HBO fantasy series in which she portrayed Daenerys Targaryen. “For a number of years, I felt that I had cheated death, and it was coming to get me,” Clarke says. “I genuinely felt that I shouldn’t be here and that I had done something wrong.”

Throughout her career, Emilia Clarke has spoken out about the “lack of care” she has experienced when filming nude sequences, which she claimed “could have been prevented.”

The 39-year-old actress told Variety that she has felt less secure on other sets, despite praising the Game of Thrones bosses for allowing her to strip off in multiple scenes (seen in Game of Thrones).

“I also thought it ruined my ability to act, which some people might agree with,” she joked.

“I have gone through every circuitous route to get to the place that I am now, which is finally being able to be very grateful for everything that Game of Thrones did and has given me,” she remarked, discussing her legendary role.

“I feel really fortunate that it happened to me, even more fortunate that I’ve had time to comprehend what that was, and now I feel firmly on the other side. I no longer feel trapped in it, or trapped in the result of being in it.”

It comes after Emilia disclosed that, at the age of 35, she froze her eggs after a trying few years during which she battled a potentially fatal illness.

Emilia had to deal with the terrible death of her father Peter from cancer after having two brain surgeries.

Emilia, who is now believed to be unmarried, said to The Times that she had made plans to become a mother in the future after going through a period of severe illness and bereavement.

She said, “You go through certain universal moments, like I was 35 when I froze my eggs,” regarding her choice to use the fertility preservation technique. Many other women in that age range are freezing their eggs.

“I’ve experienced lack of care on other jobs which I think could have been prevented with some consideration,” she said to the publication.

She also talked of having “survivor’s guilt” after experiencing two potentially fatal brain aneurysms while filming the HBO fantasy series in which she portrayed Daenerys Targaryen.(seen at a hospital)

“I did go through a number of years where I wanted to shut my front door and sit in my nest,” the actress said in the candid interview, acknowledging that she felt the need to withdraw after the upsetting experiences in her life. When I first started, I was so young and naive that I couldn’t even begin to express how little I knew about the profession. After that, I suffered a potentially fatal brain damage, became quite ill, and kept believing that I was going to die. Then my dad passed away, which was more significant than the brain hemorrhages.

The actress, who plays the lead in the upcoming television series Ponies, also talked about how she felt ashamed and that she was “not meant to be here” following two brain aneurysms.

Emilia admitted that she “did not take care of myself at all,” concealing her health problems from HBO and going back to work just a month later to work on Game of Thrones promotions.

Emilia claimed that after her second brain hemorrhage, she “shut down emotionally” and lived in continual terror of dying.

The Me Before You actress revealed her medical condition and its consequences to Elizabeth Day on her How To Fail podcast. She described how, in 2011, while performing a plank at the gym, she experienced her first aneurysm at the age of 24. “The night before I’d had this horrible headache and I just felt restless and anxious and stressed,” she said. I vividly recall feeling as though my body and mind weren’t feeling well. I didn’t give it much thought because I frequently experienced headaches.

“I’d rather be anywhere else, this is really hard,” I said as soon as I got to the gym. We’ve all had those days. I was beating myself up, so you’re like, “Come on, we’re doing this, we’re going to do it.” It felt very challenging.

“So, I arrived really weary and we were doing the plank and then the closest thing to explain it is an elastic band just snapping around your brain, this incredible pressure,” Emilia continued. “And I stopped and he was like, “Where does it hurt?” I said, “My head.” “That’s not good,” my trainer said.

She recalled the moment she realized something was terribly wrong, described how she was throwing up while in excruciating pain, and described how she tried to block out the anguish by reciting lines from Game of Thrones. “And then everything feels like a blur,” she said. “I knew I was being brain damaged in that moment,” she said. “I crawled to the loo and was just vomiting profusely with this unbearable headache.”Something snapped, and someone added, “It’s bad if you’re throwing up and you have a headache.” That is very awful.I continued telling myself, “I’m an actor,” as I began to wiggle my fingers and toes and recite every line from the musical.as I had recently landed my ideal job. I simply continued repeating this kind of mantra over and over.

Emilia claimed that while she was intermittently unconscious, someone fortunately discovered her and phoned for an ambulance, and someone else was able to contact her mother.
