Bianca Censori, the second wife of Kanye “Ye” West, was seen exiting a Calabasas spa on Saturday with substantially larger lips after going completely nude under a black sheer catsuit.
The 31-year-old Censori, who is renowned for her bold fashion taste, left no room for interpretation in the off-the-shoulder full body stocking.
She was spotted going into the Haus of Bae spa and coming out a little later with a hood over her head and face. In the couple’s vehicle, 48-year-old West waited.
Censori took off her face covering once she was back in the car, revealing a noticeably plumper pout.
Although it’s unclear exactly which procedure Censori chose, the spa employs Kim, a certified nurse and aesthetician who specialises in facial injections including Botox, Dysport, and fillers.

Her representatives have been contacted by The Daily Mail for comment.
Censori and ‘Ye’, as he is now called, have been wed for three years. When he appointed her as the head of architecture for his fashion brand, Yeezy, in 2020, the two first got to know one another.
He and Kim Kardashian finalised their divorce in the same year.

Censori had her shoulder-length strawberry blonde hair down for the spa treatment and didn’t seem to be wearing any makeup under her black sunglasses.
On Saturday, Censori went to the spa while completely nude in her skimpy catsuit.
Before and after: Censori seemed to have injected filler into her newly plumped pout based on the appearance of her lips before and after attending Haus of Bae.
Now known as “Ye,” Kanye West waited for his wife in the car.
Censori was observed stroking her lips once she was back in the car, which may have been a sign of the therapy she had received.
Sitting in the driver’s seat, Censori was unable to stop her hands from her mouth.
Censori was led into the Haus of Bae by a staff member.
Censori concealed her face when she left the building in addition to being bashful as she entered.
Perhaps in an effort to hide the work she had done, Censori left the spa wearing a full head covering.
As she walked back to the car, Censori just showed the bridge of her nose.

According to reports, West pays Kardashian $200K a month in support for their four children—boy Saint, 10, daughter Chicago, 8, and son Psalm, 6—as part of their 20/80 custody agreement.
