Vladimir Putin’s spy girl warns Russia and US heading ‘full speed’ for WAR

VLADIMIR Putin’s glamorous spy girl warned Russia and the US are heading “full speed” for a military clash over Syria amid fears of an imminent chemical attack.

Russian spy Anna Chapman, who was exposed by the FBI back in 2010, took to her Instagram to issue a dire warning over the Middle East.

She was swapped back to Russia back in 2010 – being traded for the Novichok poisoning spy Sergei Skripal – and now works as a shameless flame-haired propagandist for Putin.

The 36-year-old often posts commentary on world events, accompanied with a usually titillating snap of selfie.

Chapman described the current situation in the Mediterranean as a “war of nerves” as the world awaits dictator Bashar al-Assad and his Russian allies to strike rebel held Idlib.

Chemical weapons are feared to be deployed in the region – the use of which triggered missiles strikes by the US, the UK and France  back in April.

“The war of nerves is at full speed with the risk of a direct military clash between Russia and the United States.”

Chapman wrote: “In the Mediterranean, the war of nerves is at full speed with the risk of a direct military clash between Russia and the United States.

“Moscow has collected in the Mediterranean Sea the largest naval group since the Soviet Union

“The US threatens: in case of a new chemical attack, air strikes will follow. And has collected for these blows no less impressive forces.”

She added the Russian navy should stop the US from striking Assad – with a group of 25 of Putin’s warships currently gathered in the Med.

Airstrikes have already begun on the Idlib, which looks set to the final battle of the long running Syrian Civil War.

Russia intervened on Assad’s behalf back in 2015 to help him beat back the rebels attempting to overthrow him.

Chemical weapons use by the regime have triggered global condemnation, and has been responded to by military force by the US.

Assad and Putin deny the chemical attacks, claiming they are “false flags” staged by the rebels, terrorists or even the West in bid to bring the US into the war.

Chapman – previously married to a British spy – has since become a multi-millionaire with her Russian business ventures including her own fashion line and work as a TV presenter.

She was expelled from the US after being unmasked by the FBI as a foreign agent before being swapped for Skripal.

Her latest Instagram post also sowed doubt over the Novichok poisonings after Britain this week named the two suspects as agents of Russian intelligence service GRU.

She called the allegations “funny” and asked her 250,000 followers if they were convinced by the claims by Britain.

Tensions between Russia and the West have been raging over both Syria and the Novichok incident in Salisbury

Russia has denied any involvement in the Skripal case, and has also urged the West not to get involved over Syria.

Putin’s forces warned the US they are planning to attack an area in Syria which contains US troops – fuelling fears of a clash.

Turkey urged restraint from Russia – saying it could turn the region into a “lake of blood”.
