The viral Miami Grand Prix model has been uncovered by online investigators, who have determined that she is the 2018 World Cup’s “sexiest fan.”
The work of a Sky Sports camera operator went viral on the internet on Saturday afternoon after they seemed to get sidetracked by a glitzy model strolling across the paddock.
While Jenson Button was giving his comments to colleagues Simon Lazenby and Naomi Schiff during their coverage of the Miami Grand Prix, the camera clumsily shifted to a brunette woman walking along the paddock in a black crop top.
The camera shifted to a McLaren mechanic who seemed to react with a surprised expression as the woman disappeared from view.
It didn’t take long for astute admirers to identify the mystery brunette after the scene went viral on social media.
Online fans speculated that the glitzy woman was Ivana Knoll, a Croatian model and “football’s sexiest fan.”
A scene from Sky Sports’ Formula One broadcast went viral because the cameraman seemed preoccupied.
The mystery brunette was recognised by online investigators as Ivanka Knoll, a well-known World Cup supporter.
Knoll, who has 2.8 million Instagram followers, became well-known at the 2018 World Cup in Russia after being seen supporting her country from the stands.
She has been to every race since it was added to the F1 schedule in 2022, and she lives in Miami.
Knoll, a DJ as well, was chastised for wearing skimpy clothing while attending the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
In 2024, she told Daily Mail, “There is good and bad, and some things are blessings and some are lessons.”
I’m the kind of person who doesn’t give a damn about what other people think.
“But after Qatar, my career definitely changed in an amazing way, and it helped me get back to my biggest love, which is music.”
“Nobody made me, nobody can break me,” she added, adding that the attention she received from the World Cup had led to invitations to DJ at events like Formula 1 and in Las Vegas. It’s difficult, but I am succeeding in my work by choosing the more difficult path rather than selling my soul or myself.
It was “mind blowing,” she claimed, to have followers on Instagram and more on other social media sites.
Is it reasonable that models such as Ivana Knoll receive greater attention than the sporting event itself?
Knoll went viral in 2018 and now has almost three million Instagram followers.
In 2024, Knoll disclosed that she had broken up with her ten-year partner.
Although Knoll’s current relationship status is unknown, she made headlines in 2024 when she disclosed that she had broken up with her ten-year partner.
“I had a boyfriend who I was with for ten years,” she said at the time to the German publication Bild. Last year, we split up. I’m single now, but I’m not actively seeking a new partner.
The model previously disclosed that she had been coerced into creating an OnlyFans account.
“Hey guys, I don’t know if you have noticed, but Instagram is reporting everything that I post,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
“I will never set up an OnlyFans, like f*** off,” Knoll continued. “Someone is behind who is trying to force me onto OnlyFans.”
