The reconciliation with the West appears to be dead and buried. From next month, Russia will remove its envoy from Brussels and send NATO’s mission in Moscow home. The spat erupted after the US-led group announced it would expel nearly half of Russia’s envoys, allegedly due to unfounded charges of “espionage.” Groups, one might think, would make better decisions.
