The Queen is facing a ‘unprecedented’ dilemma as a result of a lawsuit filed by an alleged Epstein victim against Prince Andrew.

The Queen and the Royal Family are facing a “unprecedented” dilemma after Virginia Giuffre, an alleged Jeffrey Epstein victim, filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre, an alleged Jeffrey Epstein victim, has filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew, according to Royal correspondent Rupert Bell, who told TalkRADIO that this is “unprecedented” for the Royal Family.

The 61-year-old has been accused of having intercourse with Ms Giuffre when she was a minor, but the Duke has categorically denied the charges.

This recent development concerning Prince Andrew, Mr Bell told Talkradio, is another “difficult circumstance” for the Queen in what has been a “very tough year” for the queen.

Aasmah Mir, the host of the show, asked Mr Bell if the Royal Family had ever faced a case like this before.

“I am not convinced they have,” he told TimesRadio.

“I can’t think of anything like in my lifetime.

“Of course, there have been several royal scandals throughout history.”

“However, I believe it is very rare for a case to be handed over to a member of the Royal Family in this type of situation.

“I could be proven incorrect, but it doesn’t feel like…

Certainly during my lifetime, which began in the early 1960s…

This is the first time something like this has happened to me.

“Of course, we know that when Diana and Charles divorced, there were a lot of legal issues to deal with.

“However, in terms of this, I believe it is unprecedented, and that is the Royal Family’s difficulty.”

“Because if he goes to America, I’m sure he’ll be investigated as soon as he walks through the door.

“As a result, the Royal Family is in a terrible situation.

“And it’s just another problem for the Queen to cope with in what has already been a trying year.

“Or a really trying year for her.”

Although the Duke had previously released a statement expressing apologies for his involvement with Mr Epstein, Prince Andrew’s representatives have not publicly commented on the latest developments.

“I continue to unequivocally regret my hasty relationship with Jeffrey Epstein,” he said.

“His suicide has left many unresolved issues, especially for his victims, and I profoundly sympathize with everyone who has been touched and wishes for closure; I can only hope that, in time,.”Brinkwire Summary News”.
