The Emmy nod for Harry and Meghan will make Prince William feel sick to his stomach.

The Emmy nod for Harry and Meghan will make Prince William feel sick to his stomach.

According to a royal analyst, Prince William will be “sick to the bottom of his stomach” at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Emmy Award nomination for their Oprah Winfrey interview.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s candid interview, which aired in March, has been nominated for an Emmy for outstanding presented nonfiction series or special. The Duke of Cambridge, according to royal author Duncan Larcombe, will not be pleased with the nomination.

“William will feel sick to his stomach at Harry and Meghan’s Emmys nod,” Mr Lacrombe told OK! magazine.

“The interview was a personal attack on his family and wife, and it is now being hailed as one of the year’s most entertaining moments.”

The royal analyst went on to say that the nomination is “further terrible news” for the Royal Family because the interview would once again be in the spotlight before the Emmys on September 19.

“The Emmys nod is additional bad news for the royals,” Mr Larcombe said.

“As the awards season progresses, Harry and Meghan’s assault on the institution will be repeated again and again.”

In the interview, Harry and Meghan, who have left their royal duties and are living in California, made a series of startling assertions as they poured their hearts out to Oprah.

Following prior claims that it was the other way around, Meghan singled out Kate, stating the Duchess of Cambridge made her cry ahead of her royal wedding.

The couple also claimed that an anonymous royal, who was not the Queen or the Duke of Edinburgh, made a racial remark about their son Archie.

Meghan also claimed that when she approached the royal after feeling suicidal, she was turned away.

Harry also revealed his squabbles with his father, Prince Charles, and older brother, Prince William.

The royals made it apparent at the time that they did not agree with the Sussexes’ entire version of events.

“Some recollections may vary,” according to a statement released by Buckingham Palace.

In a rare public outburst days after the explosive interview, William fiercely disputed racist allegations leveled against the royals.

If Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special wins at the Emmys, which honor excellence in American television, Oprah and the production crew will get an award.

The show is up against David’s My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
