Millions of people around the world have now started working from home to limit the spread of coronavirus.
Most are trying to find ways to navigate the process but there is an easy trick to make scanning your documents at home easier than ever.
Using an iPhone, you will be able to scan and email all your papers without having to purchase expensive equipment.
First, iPhone users will need to go to the ‘Notes’ application and click on the notepad in the bottom right corner.
After opening up a new page, hit the little camera button and it will give you the option to scan a document.
Lay out the pages you would like to scan, then take a photo of each and save them as a PDF file.
Android users can also scan documents using their cameras by turning the feature on.
After viewing the phone’s settings, click on screen optimiser and turn the ‘document scan’ feature on.
Once you open up the camera, it highlights the paper and gives you the option to hit scan.
People around the country are currently working from home to limit the spread of coronavirus.
The Australian government have also banned people from eating at shopping centre food courts, and limited the number of people at weddings, funerals and social gatherings to curb the spread of coronavirus.
‘This will be a significant sacrifice, I know,’ Mr Morrison told reporters following an emergency meeting of state and territory leaders on Tuesday.
The new rules come after registered and licensed clubs, entertainment venues, cinemas, casinos, nightclubs, indoor sports venues, including gyms, and places of worship were ordered to close as part of ‘stage one’ restrictions rolled out on Monday.
