Ryan Thomas has lost a stone in six weeks on fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh’s workout plan

LUCY Mecklenburgh revealed that fiancé Ryan Thomas has lost a stone in just six weeks on her fitness plan.

The 28-year-old is known for her successful fitness programme Results With Lucy, which she credited for helping her snap back to her pre-baby body.

And now the former Towie star shared on her Instagram Stories that Ryan, 36, has been sweating up a storm and lost a stone in weight.

Documenting her other half’s workout, Lucy spoke to the camera while the former Corrie actor performed dumbell push-ups and bench presses.

She joked at first: “Have you stolen my PT?”

Before adding: “This is how he has lost a stone in 6 weeks he’s been working really hard” while Ryan remained focused on his workout.

Earlier this month, Lucy’s attempt to launch a fitness and food empire hit a snag when a rival company accused her of copying their name.

The reality TV star is known for her successful fitness programme Results With Lucy, but her recent rebrand to Results Wellness Lifestyle has come under fire.

While the brunette beauty had hoped for Results Wellness Lifestyle to be an extension of her fitness and health food set-up, Essex-based clothing firm Result Clothing Limited had intervened.

The application was made to the Intellectual Property Office in January of this year, but a representative for the brand told The Sun Online “the required regulations and negotiations with all parties involved has been completed”.

The former Towie star has understandably been busy, after she and fiancé Ryan welcomed their first baby – son Roman – in March.

Throughout her pregnancy, Lucy offered advice on how to keep fit while pregnant via her Results With Lucy platform, launching Results With Bump.

Last month, she praised the programme for helping her already lose the four stone she gained in baby weight with a healthy diet and light exercise.

The fitness fanatic wrote on Instagram at the time: “A lot of people are asking me about my diet after Roman, but the answer is I’m not on one.

“I eat three balanced meals a day, lots of water when I breastfeed and a few snacks e.g. oat cookies, hummus, rice cakes, half an avocado.

“I do lots of walking and light exercises & stretches on @resultswithbump. And I’ve lost four stone!”

Lucy didn’t go into detail about whether she’s hit her target weight, but back in 2016 she revealed she would ideally like to remain at 8st 4lb.
