She received the award despite disclosing that neither of her parents had seen her ITV2 reality show, which caused a strained relationship between them when it debuted.
Katie complained about being “disregarded” and “disrespected,” blaming Peter and his management group for the rejection.
“I actually don’t think either of my parents have watched the show,” Princess said to The Sun. I don’t think it’s my dad’s thing; rather, I think it’s a show that people my age should watch.
“I watched everything about five times just to make sure everything is how I want it and to check everything,” I said before continuing.
In an effort to reduce the “noise” around Katie’s absence from the show, Peter, 52, and his wife Emily, 36, withdrew from the second season of Princess, according to the Daily Mail.
