Victoria Beckham has revealed a unique glimpse into her private life on a daily basis.
The 52-year-old fashion designer discussed her business empire and offered a glimpse into the Beckham household during an appearance on Emma Grede’s Aspire podcast.
Victoria revealed what she does while residing in their £31.5 million London townhouse after being informed that there is a “fascination” with her daily routine.
Posh disclosed that although her husband David “isn’t a morning person,” the day begins with getting up and preparing breakfast for their 14-year-old daughter Harper.
Harper joked that her father was “grumpy” and Anger from Inside Out, while she was Joy, according to Victoria.
“David runs the school,” she said. I head to the gym. I work out for roughly forty-five minutes. Before David arrives, I work out for forty-five minutes. After that, he shows up, and we spend an hour together.
Emma was taken aback by how much time Victoria spent in the gym, but Victoria responded, “Let’s look at David as the part-time in the gym instead of focusing on what I do.” We exercise together.

Victoria stated that she would go to her office, which is ten minutes from their house, following her rigorous workout regimen.
“I have an amazing team of people,” she declared. I spend five days a week at my atelier.
Emma said, “You go five days a week?” after being taken aback once more by Victoria’s frequent presence at the office.
Victoria answered, “Yeah.” I don’t travel much, and I work five days a week.
My fashion business is located between London and Paris, and my beauty business is headquartered in New York, so I spend a lot of time there.
I’m in there every day because I want to be and I have to be. My crew is amazing.
It is far more complex than most people would realise, in my opinion. I’m deeply involved in every facet of both companies’ operations.
Mother-of-four Victoria stated that she “wants to be the best mum I can be” when she returns home from a demanding day.

In other parts of the conversation, Victoria disclosed that Harper’s “really bad” fight with acne has motivated the teenager to start her own cosmetics company.
“Communication is key,” she stated. We always have dinner together at six o’clock at night. More than most people realise, we are a very conventional family. We don’t even use our phones.
“Being very close is really important to us; we’re all just talking about what happened during the day.”
In other parts of the conversation, Victoria disclosed that Harper’s “really bad” struggle with acne has motivated the teenager to start her own cosmetics company.
Inspired by South Korean cosmetics, the adolescent is reportedly going to launch her own beauty line this summer, targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Go here to read the entire story.
The announcement that the Beckhams had trademarked the moniker HIKU BY Harper back in October signified the beginning of the future beauty collection.
“She came to me two or three years ago and she was really struggling with her skin,” Victoria clarified.
“She used to have gorgeous skin, but like all young girls, she was seduced by beauty brands and put a lot of unsuitable product on her face. As a result, she ended up seeing a dermatologist because her skin was really, really bad.”
Harper stated, “I want to create a brand because I know what I want and I don’t want other people to have to go through what I have been through.” Victoria described her own experiences with acne and said she could identify with her daughter’s struggles.
In the early phases of launching her cosmetics company, Victoria claimed the aspirational adolescent even came to her with PowerPoint presentations.
She stated, “One [PowerPoint] about this brand that she wanted to create because she was struggling with her skin.” “And the other one was a justification for allowing her to get a permanent.”
“I’m so proud of all my children, but you know Harper is very ambitious, she’s very appropriate, but I don’t know what I expected to be honest,” Victoria continued. “I mean, she’s been sitting on my lap taking part in beauty development meetings since she was little.”
The business-savvy family has always defended their children’s name rights; at the age of five, Victoria notably registered Harper’s name for use in a variety of branded goods, including toys, apparel, and makeup.
Trademarking a child’s name was uncommon at the time, according to an intellectual property expert, as the practice is often limited to superstars.
