Police identify woman found dead in Phoenix yard in August

A woman who was found dead in a Phoenix yard in August has been identified. 

Danielle Adams, 39, was found on Aug. 19 in a resident’s yard in the 3900 block of West Nancy Lane in Phoenix, according to a Phoenix Police Department news release. 

Police responded to a call about a possible dead body in a yard. When they arrived on scene, officers located the woman’s body. 

The medical examiner is still determining the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.
