On her 40th birthday, Carole Middleton sent Kate a ‘life’ message.

CAROLE MIDDLETON could send her daughter Kate Middleton an important “life” message on her 40th birthday.

Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, is celebrating her big day today.

She will most likely spend the day at Anmer Hall, Norfolk, with Prince William and his children Princes George and Louis, as well as Princess Charlotte.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, whatever celebration she chooses is expected to be low-key.

Many people believe she will want to set an example by limiting any gatherings that do take place.

It’s unclear whether she’ll organize anything to commemorate her milestone birthday.

Meghan Markle announced her 40×40 project when she turned 40, in which she asked 40 of her friends to donate 40 minutes of their time to women returning to work after the lockdown.

“I don’t think we will be seeing anything similar from Princess Catherine — I think we will be seeing something a lot lower key, is what we have been told,” royal commentator Jonathan Sacerdoti said on the Royally US podcast.

The Royal Family and the Middletons haven’t given much away about what’s going to happen.

It’s also unclear whether Carole and Michael Middleton, her parents, will see her.

Carole Middleton founded her own party company, Party Pieces, in 1987, and it has since grown into a thriving business.

One of Carole’s messages on the website, under the 40th birthday section, could offer Kate some advice on her special day.

“Life begins at 40 – so it’s only right to celebrate in style!” reads the message, which is printed on bold letterhead.

“Make this a birthday to remember… throw a 40th birthday bash unlike any other, complete with balloons, banners, and other decorations.”

Kate has celebrated many of her birthdays in style over the last decade.

She had been a member of the Royal Family for nine months when she turned 30 in 2012, having completed numerous public engagements, including a royal tour of Canada.

In what had been a whirlwind period for Kate and William, the couple marked the occasion with a quiet gathering of family and friends.

During a low-key and exclusive celebration, the Duchess was served dinner in Kensington Palace’s private quarters.

The following is an example.
