A wave of for-sale listings has appeared in the usually tightly held Palm Beach area in 2020, with 104 listings on realestate.com.au for the exclusive area as of Tuesday.

While the property has not yet sold, if it reached anywhere it’s $35million asking price it would be a new record for area.
The Palm Beach house is listed with LJ Hooker in conjunction with Ray White and is for sale by expressions of interest with an exact value not released.
