NFL Hall Of Famer Terry Bradshaw Issues Apology To Ken Jeong For Joke After ‘Masked Singer’ Appearance

Pro Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw has found himself in hot water for comments about Ken Jeong recently.

The “Fox NFL Sunday” host recently appeared on the Fox show, “The Masked Singer,” as a contestant. He appeared on the show’s third episode to sing “Get Your Shine On” by Florida Georgia Line before having his identity revealed by the show’s judges.

Jeong, himself, serves as one of the judges along with Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke and Nicole Scherzinger.

Bradshaw then appeared on-stage during Fox’s upfront presentation to advertisers and made a joke about the show that did not go over.

“Unfortunately, I was kicked off by Alan Thicke and the little short guy from Japan,” Bradshaw said about the judges.

Bradshaw’s comments were not well received, and social media let him know it.

Many people were quick to point out that Robin’s father, Alan, had passed away in 2016. Jeong, himself, was born to South Korean immigrants in Detroit.

“I made an insensitive remark…about Ken, who I’ve known for some time,” said in an apology statement issued by Bradshaw on Wednesday.

He continued, “I’ve spoken to him about the importance of cultural respect and apologized for my offensive comments. I would like to also apologize to the Asian-American community for my insensitivity.”
