In exchange for another defensive end, Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick, and a 2029 third-round pick, the Cleveland Browns agreed to deal Garrett, a seven-time Pro Bowl defensive end, to the Rams.

Before discussing his girlfriend’s connections to the city, Garrett revealed that his father is from Los Angeles during his Rams debut on Tuesday.

After being romantically linked in May 2025, Garrett and Kim have been dating for just over a year.

With the Rams competing in the NFC West in 2026 with Super Bowl winners the Seattle Seahawks and fellow championship contenders the San Francisco 49ers, the transaction creates one of the most packed divisions the NFL has ever seen.
They play their first game of the season in September in Melbourne, Australia, against the Niners.
In addition to signing Jaylen Watson to a three-year contract and trading for excellent cornerback Trent McDuffie from the Kansas City Chiefs, the Rams now have Garrett as part of a defense that will intimidate the NFL.
