Meghan Markle’s Oprah interview may be regrettable since the Duchess “got retribution” and “burned bridges.”

MEGHAN MARKLE may come to regret her and Prince Harry’s explosive Oprah Winfrey interview, according to royal analysts.

In a television interview that aired in March, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who retired from royal duties last year and currently reside in California, made a series of bombshell assertions about the monarchy. However, royal observers have suggested that Meghan, a former actress, may come to regret spilling her heart in the tell-all interview.

“I think the problem for Meghan was that she was angry, she was upset,” royal author Tom Quinn said in a new Channel 5 documentary Meghan at 40: The Climb to Power.

“I believe she believed she could shake up the Royal Family and they would love it, and she would do things Meghan’s way.

“When that didn’t happen and she ran across what she perceived as reactionary forces, it enraged her so much that the interview was her only chance, I believe, to exact her wrath and present the case as she saw it.

“However, I believe she will eventually believe I should not have burned so many bridges.”

“Some people might wonder whether Meghan would live to regret all of the admissions in the Oprah interview,” royal critic Ashley Pearson remarked.

“Oprah herself afterwards stated that she was astonished Meghan uttered some of the things she did.”

“Don’t forget that her mother Doria is the only member of her family she sees,” royal analyst Emily Andrews remarked.

“She has never met any of her father’s relatives, and Archie and Lilibet will never meet any of their cousins.

“I believe she will come to regret being so public with that Oprah interview because it will be archived for posterity.”

In the interview, Meghan and Harry made a series of devastating charges about the royals, igniting a new crisis for the monarchy just a year after Megxit.

They even accused an unknown member of the Royal Family of making a racist remark about their son Archie, rather than the Queen or Prince Philip.

In the weeks that followed, Harry continued to lash out at his family.

The royals are likely to be braced for more revelations now that the Duke said on Monday that he is working on a memoir.
