According to rumours, Lucinda Strafford’s mother is connected to an Instagram account that harasses her Love Island co-stars.
The 26-year-old Lucinda, who starred in the most recent season of Love Island All Stars, was at the center of a bullying incident that resulted in 11,000 complaints from Ofcom.
Viewers labelled fellow Islanders Belle Hassan, Samie Elishi, and Jessy Potts “mean girls” for allegedly “ganging up” on Lucinda.
According to The Sun, Lucinda’s mother, Nancy, used an anonymous ghost social media account named “Linda” to leave nasty remarks on several of the girls’ sites.
According to reports, the trolling started as recently as two weeks ago.
According to the publication, the burner account joked, “Oh God, she is horrible… we saw enough… too late to cry now… you were simply horrible,” and commented, “she’s a two-faced nasty girl, end off,” beneath a video of Jessy.
According to rumours, Lucinda Strafford’s mother was connected to an Instagram account that harassed her Love Island co-stars.
Additionally, they said that the remark, “Oh, who cares, Belle,” was posted beneath a video in which Belle discussed her difficulties with mental health.
According to The Sun, astute admirers connected the account to Nancy after Nancy Strafford’s profile was tagged in the caption of an old Lucinda social media edit. Clicking on it brought up ‘Linda’.
Although the account has since been removed, insiders told the publication that Nancy’s claimed actions are the “height of hypocrisy” because she stood up for her daughter amid the show’s bullying controversy.
“That was a disgusting piece of TV,” she wrote at the time. The production crew ought to feel embarrassed. That kind of violation was nasty and Lucinda didn’t deserve it. What a terrible group of folks. I hope she leaves, and to all of the haters: what a horrible world you live in.
“Seeing some of the things she has messaged privately leaves you quite shocked and in disbelief,” said an insider who claimed to have been trolled by the account Linda.
The majority of Nancy’s fear has been borne by people. Given how vehemently she supported Lucinda against cyberbullies during Love Island All Stars, it is the pinnacle of hypocrisy.

Nancy’s personal account consistently sent me messages and remarks. Not only did this affect my own posts, but it also affected acquaintances of mine who were unrelated to her.
“Some of the language used was inappropriate and occasionally contained statements that I thought were homophobic.”
Lucinda’s representative has been approached by Daily Mail for comment.
The original UK series (2021), Love Island Australia (2023), Love Island Games (2025), and Love Island: All Stars (2026) are the four iterations of the Love Island franchise in which Lucinda is the first female participant to participate.
Together with her partner, Sean Stone, the reality personality placed fourth on All Stars.
