BRITS still wanting to head abroad for a quick holiday can make the most of cheap holiday deals this month.
Greece, Italy and Turkey all remain on England’s safe list for now.
This means families can head abroad without quarantining back in the country.
However, the rules differ across the UK for Greece – all arrivals to Scotland muse self-isolate for two weeks, while arrivals from the Greek islands of Mykonos, Zante, Lesvos, Paros and Antiparos and Crete must self-isolate in Wales for two weeks.
Travel restrictions can easily change at the last minute.
Countries are placed onto the UK quarantine list if their daily new infection cases go above 20 per 100,000, during a seven day period.
Despite the changes for Greece, the country country remains at 13.7 – well under the 20 mark, according to Quash Quarantine spokesperson Paul Charles, while Italy is currently at 14.8 and Turkey is at 13.3.
All three countries are under the UK, which is 15.5.
Some travel restrictions are also in place on arrival – Greece requires a Passenger Locator Form to be filled out before flying, while Turkey have health and coronavirus checks.
Italy has no travel restrictions for British tourists.
Brits willing to risk a holiday – or those who can quarantine for two weeks on their return if rules change – can take advantage of the following deals:
